He has retired from the position of an assistant executive engineer from Public Works Department and has over three decades of experience in the infrastructure sector.
Amrutha is a Non-Executive Director on the Board of our Company. She has basic education and was a partner in the erstwhile partnership ‘M/s Udayshivakumar’ and was appointed as the Non-Executive Director of our Company pursuant to a resolution of the Board of Management Team passed on September 17, 2022 and by the Shareholders in the AGM held on September 19, 2022. She has over six years of experience in the civil construction sector.
Kodachawad Sheetalkumar M, aged 44 years, is the Chief Financial Officer of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Karnatak University. He is responsible for handling finance and accounting matters of our Company. He was previously associated with Doddanavar Brothers Group of Companies and Firms, in the capacity of a manager accounts and with Doddanavar Global Energy Private Limited in the capacity of a senior manager. He has been appointed as a Chief Financial Officer with effect from August 20, 2022 and therefore has not received any remuneration during the Fiscal 2022.
Bharti Ramchandani,aged 34 years,is the Company Secretary and Compliance officer of our Company.She is a fellow member of institute of Company Secretaries of India.She holds a Bachelor's degree in B.A.Economics(Honours) from Delhi University.and has worked with Lords Marks industries Private Limited Mumbai, Sony DADC Manufacturing india Private Limited And Gogte infrastructure development corporation Limited Belgaum Karnataka.She is responsible for handling secretarial matters of our Company.
